Discount 14.25"h Glass Eagle Flying High Theme Black Chrome Base Touch Lamp
bought the item here on Amazon as a Christmas present, within a week the bulb went out, unable to find a short 3 way bulb to replace, had to actually put a new cord on the lamp with a switch, because no short 3 way bulbs can be found anywhere.
