No complains so far. The light stays balanced no matter how you angle and adjust the stem which is fantastic. Lamp does get pretty warm, but it is a light, so nothing too surprising there.

This is a high quality lamp. The base is heavy so it won't be easily knocked over. The base and shade are metal (not plastic) and the finish is baked-on paint. The switch is on top of the shade for easy access.

This lamp is far and away much nicer than anything I found at the big-box stores and the dollar stores.

The lamp arrived in undamaged packaging, and the lamp itself did not appear to be damaged upon opening it. However, after testing with four different bulbs, I was forced to conclude that I had been shipped a defective product.

I have returned it and purchased a different lamp.

Other than the fact that it simply did not work, it seems like it would be an okay lamp for the price. It was a bit more hefty than I was expecting, and the paint looked less cheap than it probably was. If you are looking for the cheapest not-completely-awful lamp and don't care about taking the time for returns if the first one doesn't work, might as well give it a shot.
