I loved the style and look of this lamp, but it is clearly not a well made product. There were scratches and marks on the base and the shade I ordered 3 different ones from Amazon before I finally got one that had the least marks on it. Amazon's customer service/return policy is amazing, but clearly Kenroy's quality control leaves something to be desired........
