This lamp sits on top of my computer tower and turns on, remains on, for as long as my computer is on and I am sitting in front of it. I get countless hours of pleasure looking at the soft orange glow from it.

I was hopeful that this product would emit the stuff that would help me with my allergies.
I saw little or no benefit to having acquired this product.
Further, I bought it in the hope that it would help my daughter with her migraines. Again, she saw no meaningful benefit from having used this product.

This light may or may not do what it is purported to do healthwise, but I bought this for my wife and it is a beautiful light. Soft, pinky-orange light. It would be nice a night light as well.
