The touch lamp looked awesome on internet. Once I ordered it and it arrived, I had to assemble it. I bought this for my husband for his Christmas. I understand they want to leave a trademark, but seriously they didn't have to stamp their name on every glass. When I assembled the glass to the lamp, some corners stuck out way further then others. You cant put screws in too tightly even with the rubber protection because YOU WILL crack the glass. Once I got it all assembled I plugged it in. Obviously I screwed in the bulb. No light. All my outlets work. So I had to google the information on touch lamps and after about an hour I had to take lamp back apart. One single wire was lose and well that obviously was fixed, put everything back together and it turns on. I would advise very strongly please to go through another company to purchase ANY touch lamps. OK LIGHTING has major issues they need to work on with their products if they expect to keep a business running

The painted glass sections of the shade were broken when I received this item perhaps because Amazon decided to package this with the 35lb. kettle bell I ordered (separately, no less)? In any case, once a replacement arrived and it was assembled, I was satisfied. My gal likes dragons, this had dragons on it, there you go. It's a small lamp it could easily fit on a nightstand, but the light is a little dim to read by. To assemble the lamp, you wind up needing to unpack and put the glass sections into the shade frame, fitting them into bendy metal tabs that felt like they were going to snap off. You then screw the top onto the shade to hold it into place, which it does, it just doesn't seem to fit together properly. The bulb (included) is a weird size and shape once it burns out, I'd be surprised if I can find one outside of a hardware store. The touch aspect of it is impressive. Any metal surface works, from the shade to the base, which was great until my cat figured that out and made a game of it. I haven't been forced to unplug it when I decide to go to sleep, but I may need to soon. In short, it's a cheap lamp, but I got more than I expected for a less-than-$20 lamp/
