Arrived with the green part of the RGB LEDs stuck at the maximum brightness... Can't even turn them off and all the colors are messed up by too much green, not to mention, you can't get pure white at all.

It wouldn't have been a major problem, except with this seller I don't have an option to exchange (what is probably just a broken $4.99 dimmer/controller) and have to ship it all back, at _my_ expense. Guess what, I'll be ordering a replacement from a different vendor -luckily there is at least three other sellers of these lights at amazon alone, not to mention the direct from china sites.

One star for customer care, or lack thereof, and as a matter of principle. If you are selling $10 items for $40, you ought to take care of defective products.

This set up is so easy to set up and it is awesome how many collors that you can change it to. Realy bright as well. They dont get hot either.

nice and bright lights, totally fun to play with. I'll be using these lights to back-light upper cabinets so with the fully adjustable spectrum and remote I'll be able to get the look we want. Super easy to use and install. After receiving the first reel and playing with it, I ordered more.

I checked the whole kit before installation everything worked nice. So I installed it, but I really should have checked it before installation more thoroughly. Now I have several hoes in my wall (to mount power supply and the controller), which prevents me from just returning it back. Why do I want to return it if it worked nice?

IT INTERCEPTS SIGNALS FROM LG TV REMOTE CONTROL! For example, "up" button on TV remote switches LED strip on and off, "Power" button turns led strip purple, etc. However, TV itself is not affected by signals from LED strip remote. I e-mailed Led Wholesalers with my problem thrice, but still no response. So I am doomed to operate TV while LED strip flashes, then take LED remote and turn it off.
