This lamp is wonderful, I have 3 of them, I am a night person for craftwork, this gives me true colors, blending colors for a quilt is a snap, giving good visual aid at your sewing machine needle area is great, especially at night with dark fabrics, no shadows when rotary cutting, worth the cost, one of mine is 5 years old original bulb. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

What a nice lamp...daylight temp on the bulb, and a great magnifier to boot. This will work very well for my fly tying craft, especially tying midges. I saved almost 40% compared to getting it at the local store.

I love this lamp. The base is very heavy so when you reposition the lamp it doesn't tip over. It lights a very nice working area. The magnifying glass is an added feature which I haven't used yet, but I'm sure I will. I would highly recommend this lamp.
