Jelly. Everyone in my office is like totally jelly of my awesome lamp. They oooh and ahhh, and I laugh and laugh. It is beauteous. The height can be adjusted. The shade is like hella cool. HELLA! All woven and stuff. Get this lamp and you will be the talk of the town.

I actually bought two of these at the Ikea store. The shade is plasticky but who cares. They look great!
