This lamp is very elegant. It is used on General Hospital in Sonny Corinthos home. The night light makes it perfect for any bedroom or home theater room. The shade is a little delicate and could come off the wiring, but if treated with care, that is not a problem.

this lamp is very nice looking and you can tell the quality is great. the inner night light makes a pretty amber glow and it is beautiful. someone mentioned the shade as being delicate and needing xtra care when handling but i don't see that at all as any issue..it seems actually like a very very well made shade and not by any means flimsy or in need of treating carefully other than it is leather so can stain i suppose. UPDATE, less than 2 years later and it does not work any longer :(
