This lamp is nicely contemporary styled. The pull cord is very convenient. The only con is that the shade appeared to be a shiny steel mesh in pic, but in person, it is a dull mesh finish. But when lit, it gives off a nice ambient light. I recommend this lamp, just don't expect a nice shiny mesh appearance all over.

The lamp is not going to do much illumination but as a decor piece, it does a great job. I am happy with the purchase

Only getting 4 stars as the lamp appears to have a slight lean. I have taken it apart and reassembled to try and correct, but to no avail. I have positioned it to minimize the slight lean effect. It looks good, but screws with my ever so slight OCD a bit.

This is a very sexy sleek lamp. My decor is a little bit traditional/eclectic but this lamp adds a very nice modern touch. I am so pleased with this purchase. It is a solid, well-made lamp and has such a great look. Love it!
