The description reads that this lamp is 6.5 inches, however it is actually 5 inches. I bought this as a gift for my sister and sadly she was super disappointed. The exterior of this lamp had several chunks missing, and the owl base is very unstable and wobbly. The photo example was taken at such an angle where it looks like his face looks outward, but really it kind of leans down so you must place it up high to see it as the picture shows. The quality is also not that great, and it is made in China. It looks a lot less cheap online then in person.

This owl is simply gorgeous and well worth the price, it lights up beautifully and is of high quality. The owl came so well packaged and there was no damage at all. The customer care was excellent, they addressed any concerns I had . I would definitely order from them again. For all owl lovers out there, I recommend this light.

I am just thrilled by my amber craclke glass owl. It's so beautiful the expression on the owl is sweet yet serious. And of course the bonus is that it is a lamp ! Well, actually more of a night light but my children love the wise old owl looking out for them in the night. I would purchase again.
