This is a very smart, neat looking lamp. It is very adjustable in terms of light output, direction of light, height and angle of lamp.
The integrated dimmer strip/on-off button adds to the clean finished look of the lamp.
This lamp was expensive in my opinion but you cannot beat the form factor and looks.

I'm using it as a nightstand lamp, after considerable searching. I needed a lamp that was:* LED so heat would not be an issue,
* bright enough to be useful,
* swing-arm with enough reach to use to read in bed,
* dimmable to provide just enough light to get up without disturbing my partner,
* a narrow light pattern for the same reason, and
* a minimalist, modern look.
This fills all of the requirements. The really expensive manufacturers do not yet have the right product, and the cheaper manufacturers will later knock them off, badly. The LED head tilts and swivels every which way. The on-off-dimmer bar is within easy reach on top of the second half of the swing-arm, and there is a little rivet on the underside that helps find the dimmest/off end of the control in the dark. The aluminum version goes well with the steel bases on the bed, dressers and nightstands. I am clam-like in my satisfaction. If it were real aluminum or steel instead of paint over metal, I would be ecstatic.
It comes disassembled with base, swing-arm, and head, which push together easily. A supplied hex wrench is for fixing the swing-arm to the base, after you align it right. Long cord with transformer in the plug keeps the lamp parts sleeker.
Having passed all the tests, the second one for the other side of the bed will be delivered tomorrow. As of today, the prices everywhere are the same, so free ship/no state tax and buying from frequently-used Amazon makes an easy choice.
