Attractive lamp, very bright when paired with 60 watt bulb. Does produce quite a bit of heat and wish the neck was stiffer to as to have the light higher up, but overall good product

I bought two of these. One of them seems to work well. The other seems to have developed some problem with the switch mechanism after a few weeks because I need to turn it about twenty times before the light stays on without flickering and going off.
The clamps are very sturdy and work great think I might just go find myself a new switch mechanism to replace the stock one on it.

I was looking for the "perfect" bed light having had one as a teenager and remembering how nice it was to be able to see to read in bed. The lamps I looked at were made of plastic and were not able to have more than a 60 watt light bulb in them. I find this night light to be the perfect one that I was searching for. Also it is very nice looking! The only problem that I did have with it was that my headboard was wider than the clip would open but i was able to figure out a different way to attach it. The clip is very strong.

The lamp was chosen to provide light in my son's closet. Because it clamps on, it is easy to position it in a variety of places and position it to provide light where it is needed.
