I bought this to light the keyboard of my computer and it is perfect for that. The cheapest I'd ever seen this light was at a craft store, on sale for $53. I wouldn't pay that much so I searched the internet. I found this for $40. including postage. It's the same light and I'm very glad I bought it.

I had been thinking for a long time that I needed more light for my scrapbooking and this fits the bill. It works very well and could probably be a 5 star, but I wouldn't mind it being a little wider so that it would lighten up a larger area at a time, but really that is just being nitpicky. The light is wonderful for any type of hand sewing; handpaint or scrapbooking or any art project. It will go where you need it. Light is bright; but clear and I have found dozzen of uses for it. I loved it so much I ordered a second lite.Brenda
