The shade(s) arrived heavily protected with large bubbly wrap and in good condition. The fabric is a little thin but it's what I would expect at such a low cost. It's the perfect size for the floor lamp I have and it gives the CFL a nice cool glow.

I ordered two of these for my client's matching lamps. The shades came as ordered, in good condition with prompt delivery. This is a nice shade for the price. The only drawback is the the shade fabric is a bit dense so it does not let a lot of light through the shade. It sends the light more upward and downward. This is nice for indirect lighting. It is not as good for general lighting. Just FYI, the metal part that screws into the light is black, not brass.

Wish I had read how to measure correctly first this works but is a little smaller than one I replaced. The original shade cost 3x as much from a specialty lighting store. So I can live with this!

Amazon sent me, not once, but twice, the wrong shade. The second time it arrived completely smashed in. I am a loyal amazon customer and have never had issues. However if you like the lamp shade pictured, DO NOT BUY THIS, because it is probably not what will arrive at your door step.
