Tiger Design Touch Lamp with Pewter Base Review

The lamp was beautiful and as described. I ordered it for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. She'd never seen a touch lamp before. But after the first day, the touch part to turn on the lamp no longer worked. It would come on but the three touch settings didn't work. I contacted the seller twice but never got a response. The shipping was slow on this item as well. After research on the internet, I figured out how to fix the item myself. I went to the local hardware store and bought a new touch-lamp sensor and replaced it. The fix was simple but the seller should have at least contacted me and possibly provided a helpful resolution to the problem. I wont be buying from them again.
