#1 I received a phone call from crestview (Marty) about my negative review.(It was damaged.)The gentleman said he was sorry & I would be refunded 50% of the purchased price. #2. I get an email stating that they cannot refund the monies but will eventually refund me by sending a check. I say ok "But let me know the amount so I can have it repaired." #3 I received another email..." I just figured out the problem here! The Pig Lamp by Crestview has a has a Distressed Finish." They continued to explain "Distressed Finish" to me. My reply was..."Please believe me . I know the difference between a distressed finish & something that's damaged. This Pig lamp IS DAMAGED. Please don't insult me again. It was Not damaged in route to me. It was put in the styrofoam damaged"... If I wasn't handicaped I would have returned the lamp.#4 I received an email stating the following..."Because this order was fulfilled directly by Amazon, you'll need to contact Amazon to go about returning the lamp to them.Laura, LampStore. ..These people are full of crap.They were the ones who called me. THEIR BUSINESS POLICIES ARE HORRIBLE! I will NEVER do business with crestview again. ANNA LATOURETTEIts a bit darker then the picture, not as yellow, more brownish. It is not cheaply made at all. Arrived it perfect condition.
