What a misleading piece of junk. Not only does the "linen" shade glow yellow from either a white or clear bulb, it's not deep enough to prevent you from getting retina burns as the bulb is not hidden at all unless you turn the lamp backwards which pretty much defeats the purpose and the cord sticks out at you.

Unfortunately you can only put in a 25 watt bulb and that makes for very dull lighting, but the lamp is cute.

Its pretty amazing how they got the lamp to stand like that. It keeps the interest of my guest. Works and arrived in good condition. I will be buying more in different colors.

It looks great! Until you put a light bulb in it which sticks about 2 inches out of the shade. It kills the effect of paint coming out of a can cause now you also have a light coming out. I wouldn't have gotten it had I known it would look that bad.
