Other than that, the construction is decent and I'm satisfied so far. Especially for the price.

I purchased this for a window display needed something somewhat more interesting-looking than an ordinary spotlight. It's not bad. I was impressed that both the height and tilt are adjustable. The construction is solid. It has an in-line cord switch. The front reflector isn't really a reflector. It relies on the purchase of a spotlight reflector style bulb which I'm still looking for, 25watts maximum. At this wattage the light may look a bit yellow so I jazzed it up with a more white Krypton/Xenon bulb in the same power rating, Bulbrite KX40FR/E12 40W KX-2000 Krypton/Xenon T3 Frost Bulb, Candelabra Base This is not the light was designed to use but it suited my needs. The bulb looks fairly long but will sit inside without poking out the front.
The size is about the same of a small table lamp, but doesn't quite serve a practical purpose i.e. don't expect to use this as a reading light. I would call it an "accent light." I use it to shine a light on a poster. It would probably do better if/when I find the correct reflector style bulb for it.
I've seen these lamps at nearly double the price. Overall, I'm happy with it.
