I purchased through Lampstore.com via Amazon. Item was shipped promptly and arrived in pristine condition. Although the instructions included directions for 'assembly', all the steps except attaching the shade were done when lamp arrived. The description doesn't do it justice. It's a very solid lamp and looks great.
