The product arrived in perfect condition and on time. The only problem is that the glass panels are not what I ordered. Instead of "rose and butterflies" I received "pink flowers." However, it wasn't worth the time and effort it takes to return the item to the seller.

My wife ordered this lamp for her grandmother and we received it in 4 business days. We put the lamp together and noticed that one of the panels was broken, so my wife contacted the seller and 3 days later we received 3 replacement panels without any problems. Not only was the product well worth the money, but the customer service was very outstanding.
