Thought it would put out some soft music, I knew it would not be a loud speaker, but the music cracks when you barely turn it on.

this is a gr8 product. it is very small and it sounds very good. you can control the brightness. i am considering buying another two for different rooms throught-out the house.

This was a gift for my daughter it is perfect in her room as a night light. It also has great sound!! Perfect light to leave on doesn't get hot at all and isn't to bright. It doesn't charge your device though just plays the music!! I want one now!!!
