First of all, it comes separately dissembled, which is what I was hoping for because I wanted to make sure it made it to me safely. It comes securely padded in a styrofoam mold and the glass is thick and very good quality. It's a excellent quality lamp with quality parts!! I can't complain, and my guy is gioig to go nuts when he sees this along with other GBP merch I got for his new man-cave at work!
