I bought two lamps for my bedroom but the drum shades forced me to place the lamps near the front of the night stands. These shades are very well crafted and the narrow profile allows the lamp to sit near the wall where I want it. Other shades I considered were just fabric pasted on cardboard. These shades look like silk and are completely lined with fabric. I would definitely buy from this company again.
