The product arrived on time and packaged very well. The glass is as pictured minus that metal rim. It diffuses the light as it is a linen color. It worked well for my ceiling fan, but I still think $48 is steep since tey are very basic.Purchased with Emerson CFFC4BS Four Light Adjustable Arm Fitter and it looks really good and was easy to put on.
