When I bought this product I thought it was a wall switch with remote extension. But when it arrived, it is actually one piece that may be controlled by Lutron remote switch and also can be controlled by the attached switch (looks just like the wall switch by Lutron -thus the confusion)
You can still pair it with a Lutron wireless remote and that part worked flawlessly.The dimmer was priced well and is working out well so far. Lutron products are top grade. I would recommend their products for all lighting needs.
