I purchased this replacement bulb to have on hand for the Thermal Spa 45 watt UV nail dryer lamp. I am pleased with the quick shipment and quality packaging. If you have one of the Thermal Spa lamps I imagine you tried to find out how long the bulbs would last before needing to be replaced. I searched high and low for that information and finally just decided to purchase a bulb to have on hand should one go out while using. However, I did notice that the cost for three bulbs is almost as much as a new lamp!

It shipped fast and works just make sure you push it into the socket firmly until you feel it click or it will slip out.
