These are poorly made. The housing isn't well fitted and the globe is not the warm amber it's touted as. HOWEVER, I kept mine and have it pushed back on top of an armoire and find it a nice compliment to the floor and table lamps of the same make--which I adore.

I ordered two of them, and they both have the same issue. Once assembled, they don't stand upright and wobble. You feel like if you tighten anything anymore, something will break. I found that if you swivel stuff around a bit, it gets pretty straight, but still not totally level.On the plus side, they look awesome above my fireplace mantel, so I am definitely keeping them.
