Most shades for my chandelier were too short. I was looking for something a bit bigger and one that would show light through because it was over our dining room table. These are beautiful and completed my room. They are a very warm color. Love the scrolling on it. Thanks!

I have had a pretty little candelabra sized lamp for some time, but have been unable to use it because the shade with which it came was simply too small to use anything other than a night light bulb. So I was delighted when I found this lampshade. The harp can be stretched out to fit over one of the new CF candelabra bulbs, which are much larger in diameter than the originals, and it's long enough to cover the entire bulb. At 7 watts, the CF candelabra bulbs are not hot enough to pose a fire risk with this shade, so I can leave it on in the hallway all the time. i thought candelabra was the shape but the only thing this lamp shade would be good for is a tapered candle
