This light is just perfect for us. I originally wanted two hanging pendants over our island, however we only had one light fixture. When we first opened it my wife and I thought it was too large. However when we hung it we found it to be a perfect size. It looks great and puts out a warm light. I leave it on at night to light up the kitchen/living room and it makes a wonderful glow.
