The first one sent was broken, I really wanted the yellow colored mosaic; they promptly replaced, however not with the yellow mosaic. Most important was the swift action of the seller. I notified them the day it arrived, they emailed return labels, we mailed promptly, and they had already sent out the replacement, it's just as beautiful, and has added a touch of elegance to my office. I didn't want to bring in just an old white fan into my decorated office. This is a beautiful conversation piece too!This fan is even better in person so glad I ordered it!!! Nice and cool and instyle to boot !!
