So many swing arm lamps only take a 60 watt bulb and that is not bright enough for me to read in bed. These are great and very stylish. They also have the metal strips that cover the cord so they look neat on the wall.

It fit in well as a swing arm / wall mounted lamp in a man-cave / man-corner sort of way. My one caveat would be you should have some small proficiency with tools. It took two of us a bit longer to install that I thought it would.
