I had always wanted a Tiffany-style lamp and chose this one because the purple in it goes nicely with my bedroom colors. It is resin, not glass, but I don't think that takes away from how attractive it is. Maximum wattage is 60, but I use a 40 watt, which is cozier. The only thing I dislike is the fact that the on-off swtich is on the electric cord, not on the socket. I don't think the product description mentioned that.

I received this lamp as a gift and love the look. The shade is beautiful when the light is off and gorgeous when the light is on.
