Someone told me once that you shouldn't be too serious when putting together a "look" in designing the elements of a room. Keeping this advice in mind, I include at least one piece of decor in a room design that evokes a smile (for those of us with a sense of humour). This Parrot Paradise Table Lamp is my "folly" for the guest bedroom in my mobile home. Perched in the middle of my bay windows, the parrot is like a beacon waiting for me to return from an evening out with friends.

This table lamp is beautiful. It is handpainted metal with a very decorative little lamp shade. The lamp is made very well, colors are just right! I am extremely pleased with it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a tropical accent.
