This lamp will give any room in your house a tropical feel. That's the reason why I decided to purchase it to begin with, however it's definitely overpriced and looks a little cheap up close. After a week waiting for my order I finally received it and the lamp was missing the Lamp Shade. I immediately called Amazon to report this hoping they would just send me the item they failed to ship in the first place but unfortunately that was not the case. I was told by the Amazon Rep my only options were to ship it back and get a full refund or keep it and receive a partial refund since I did not receive the full product as originally purchased. I opted for the partial refund due to the inconvenience of having to ship it back and being without a lamp as they could not send me a replacement with it currently being out of stock. Anyways after going to three different Lamp Stores I was finally able to find a decent Shade, however it ended up costing me more than the credit I received from Amazon making my overpriced Lamp even more overpriced. So to make a long story short I am not fully satisfied with the Lamp nor Amazon at this time but that's what I get for shopping online.I was searching for the perfect Pineapple lamp and finally found it!!! Very good quality and the lamp is nice and heavy. This lamp is beautiful when lit. I am very pleased with this purchase.
