I really like the lamps unfortunately when I rec'd them one had a couple small scratches on it and the color was black. I've bought a cabinet that was espresso (dark brown) so I thought the lamps would be too, what a shock I got so I had to send them back. I will never order from this company again, if it not an amazon product I won't buy it, I've never had to pay a restocking fee to return an item.

The company that sold me these lamps, which one of which was damaged and both lamps were not the color they say they are at all. They called me to resolve the matter and Im satisfyed with the result of the resolution but they should still remove the lamps from the amazon site due to the color issue... In todays economy when people are more frugel with their money more than ever and you have companies try to pass off damaged merchandise, it gives a black eye for the free market... First, as others have noted, they are black, not espresso. Not a big deal to me personally, but why not list the color accurately? Second, when you examine the black base, you see that the workmanship is pretty sloppy. But you have to look close to notice the imperfections, and I'm sure they'll look fine when I can set them up on tables. I can't do that now, however, as I received the shipment today without the braces that you attach the shades to, so I can't use them yet. I'll update this with the results of my request to send me the braces.Follow up Never received braces. I received an email from them after three days asking me for the part numbers of the missing parts. How on earth would I know that, which was my response to them? They never responded again. Amazon made good on it though, and are refunding my money. Steer clear of this company. Kudos to Amazon for protecting us from sellers like this.

I think my two lamps look great in my bedroom. I have a king size bed and a large room with big furniture. The lamps match my color scheme and are large enough so as not to fade in the background but add to the décor of the room. I love my lamps. The company was very diligent when I contacted them. Make sure to open the box completely and search well inside since the shape bracelets are inside there very hidden. Thought at first that they were missing.
