we bought this lamp for our dining room. the whole dining room / kitchen is done in a 50's / coke / drive in movie snack bar type theme. with this hanging over our retro 50's style red and silver dining room set. The kitchen is filled with coke products and retro style 50's type gadgets, toaster, blender etc. And the dining room looks like a drive in movie theater snack bar with signs that advertise snacks (pop corn, hot dogs, etc) and old movie posters from the 30's to the 50's. We even have a 50's style menu board up that says the prices of things like hamburgers, hot dogs, cokes and other snake bar type products. This lamp goes perfect with it.
