This lamp is very pretty. However, the finial is either too short or the stem is too long. There is a small space where the finial does not touch the lamp.You have to jerry rig it by adding your own washer to make it fit right. I have another lamp by this company, but the parts all matched up on it.This one does not.If you do not want to jerry rig this lampdon't buy it.

We couldn't find suitable shades for our old lamps, so we found and ordered both this floor lamp and a matching table lamp to accompany it. Both arrived in perfect condition and were just right for our living room. One worries about stained glass shades arriving unbroken, but the packing was protective and impressively done. Assembly was both easy and straightforward, requiring no more than five minutes per lamp. The workmanship was excellent throughout. This is a beautiful lamp. I was hesitant about the colors but I was so thrilled when I received the lamp because the colors were just perfect. The lamp adds a very warm cozy look to my living room. I bought the smaller table lamp that matches this one. I've had many compliments on them. I needed lighting that would be enough light to read. I was looking for floor lamps that would look nice and bright. This lamp can use up to 2100 watt bulbs. I had seen these on another site, but the same lamp cost less on amazon.
