I ordered 3 lamps. All 3 coming damages. Small white spots on the lamps.I do not can send them back, because I imported the lamps to the Dominican Republic and to send back will cost a lot of money from here. This damage must be from fabrik, because the was wrapped with plastic and had no sign of shipping problems.

I got one of these lamps in 2005 or so; it has seen a lot of use since then. It throws a nice diffuse light, can be hung from a hook or placed on a table, and is light and stylish. And, of course, it's always handy to be able to wrap the cord up easily. I thought it would be a slightly silly purchase at the time, but I've greatly enjoyed this lamp.

First one had a cracked piece in the shade. Problem was it was in the front and at the bottom of the shade. Just bad enough that it had to go back. The packing was ok and there was no damage to the carton. The replacement has no cracks but the shade is no where near as nice looking as the first lamps shade was. I'll keep it but I wish the 1st one was not damaged. Needed Amazon to help me with the return to The Renovators Supply as they were not pleasant to deal with.

Lamp arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Looks exactly as pictured. Have had many compliments on the lamp. Could not be more pleased with the purchase.
